I started doing DDP Yoga about a month ago and I’ve already began to notice changes. My muscles are much stronger, my joints ache less, I’ve lost several pounds, and I’ve increased my flexibility! My flexibility has improved so much that I am now able to do some gymnastics moves that I haven’t done in 10 years!

I’ve been super busy lately with job applications and stuff. Yesterday I had my first interview!
Anyway, this morning I weighed 121! I don’t remember the last time I saw that number on a scale. I actually weigh less than my driver’s license weight now! -Which hasn’t been changed since I initially got my license at 16, and I lied by a few pounds then anyway… lol. I’m still not as fit as I was back then though, but I’m working on it!
